Our Residents
“Baystate Internal Medicine Residency Program has been an exceptionally supportive environment, where both faculty and residents create a collaborative and encouraging atmosphere. Our residents are well-prepared for their future careers, equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the ever-evolving field of internal medicine. Over the past five years, 74% of our residents have pursued fellowship training in various disciplines, while the rest have pursued careers in academic medicine, hospital medicine, and primary care. We train our residents to become competent physicians, healthcare leaders, medical educators, and lifelong learners.
