P.F. Chang’s is an Asian Themed U.S. Casual dining restaurant.
For all of you who don’t know, P.F. Chang’s was established in 1993, in Scottsdale, Arizona by Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang( Hence the name P.F. Chang’s) under the name of ‘Centerbridge Partners’. Today the group operates 204 restaurants in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Chile and the Middle East.

everyone who I knew in Dubai had told me P.F’s was a great place and had delicious food. In short, a must visit! But as luck would have it I had to wait for 3 months before I had the opportunity to sit down. Either the restaurant was filled to capacity or I was forced to go elsewhere due to some reason or the other.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor of Mirdif City Centre Mall, there are various other branches if you wish to go. I shall provide those details at the end of the review.
